TRAINING CENTRES
The Mediators impart trainings at our well established training centre for 21 days to fresh recruited security guard and supervisor and for 8 days to ex-serviceman enrolled as per laid down QR.
We strictly follow both in letter and spirit the exhaustive and comprehensive instructions issued by Govt. of Maharastra the Private Security Agencies (Regulations) Act 2005 with the Private Security Agency Central Model Rules 2006.
We have proper recruitment cell who does recruitment as per the guidelines laid down and impart intensive training.

TRAININGS UNDERTAKEN
We undertake following trainings -
- First aid.
- Crises response and disaster management.
- Rudimentary knowledge of IPC, lodging FIR, Arms Act and Explosive Act.
- Badges of rank in police and military forces.
- Use of security equipments and devices (security alarms, screening equipment).
- Leadership and management (for supervisors only).
- Defensive driving (compulsory for drivers).
- Handling and operations of non-prohibited weapons.
- Identification of different types of arms in public and police.
- Patrolling.
- NBC elementary.
- NBC (Mitigation techniques against chemical agents & strike - DO’s & DONT’s.
