RECRUITMENT POLICY

We follow the physical standard as laid down by the Maharashtra Private  Security Guard Board .The most important factor is that the candidates must be    able bodied and must stand up to the laid down yardsticks. We carry out all the necessary documentations. We put the candidates thru desired level of physical and written tests and only then the candidates are interviewed. We emphasize on detailed verification of address and social background of each candidate.

A mediator has become a time tasted and experienced management machine with a vision for highly professional expertise and competence. Our management and decision making machine include experts from Defence, Police, Para- Military Forces and expert civilians from vigilance and security related departments. Though we are 32 years old, our management is regularly rejuvenated with young blood to keep the machine 100% efficient at all times.
