STAFF WELFARE MEASURES Mediators take extra initiative in looking after welfare of its staff. We
strictly follow Maharashtra Private Security Guard Board Rules &
Notifications for wages. Mediators is well known to the Clients
& its employees for the following.. 1.
Timely payment of their salaries and other dues.
Payment
of all statutory dues to the Government in time. 3. Issue of uniform and accessories in time. 4.
Assist the staff in acquiring housing / consumer goods loan
from financial
institutions as guarantor. 5.
Occasional
assistance for dependent’s marriage and religious functions.
