MANAGEMENT We
firmly believe in ‘’there is no I in team” and we function
accordingly. Security and safety are such matters that only experts
in the field can manage it in a suitable manner. A mediator has
become a time tasted and experienced
management machine with a vision for highly professional
expertise and competence. Our
management and decision making machine include experts from Defence,
Police, Para- Military Forces and expert civilians from vigilance
and security related departments. Though we are 32 years old, our
management is regularly rejuvenated with young blood to keep the
machine 100% efficient at all times.
We have very well experienced legal advisers and HR personnel and we
are very happy to have no
labour /any legal problem during the last three decades.

Human Resources The
Mediators, over the years, has become an expert in blending the
manpower available in the Region and the retired personnel from
various forces. We are proud to claim that the local youths,
educated but unemployed, look up to Mediators for self-disciplined
and honorable service. They join the organization and we transform
these youths into a formidable security force, always thriving for
excellence. The training provided by the organization makes them
proud, self-disciplined, courageous and highly motivated security
force to recon with. What is more, we maintain refresher courses for
development of all the qualities essential to guarding personnel. It
is a continuous process. Besides on the job training is a regular
affair.
Our personnel are blessed with a keen perception about every aspect of security. This expertise and efficiency is the hallmark of our organisation. The very quality that makes us stands apart from the rest. Starting
with just 10 security guards in 1974, Mediators strength has swelled
into5000 strong guarding personnel deployed over 10 locations in
engineering, pharmaceuticals companies, distilleries, educational
institutions, banking sector and jewelry merchant establishments,
hospitals, hotels of international repute and many other industry
related establishments. Sourcing
of personnel: Mediators
sourcing of its personnel is mainly from the Marathwada region where
hardworking ness, honesty and loyalty are like a second skin to the
people of Marathwada. However, some percentage of the manpower is
outsourced from Rajasthan and neighboring region also. We also
recruit personnel of non Maharashtrian origin settled in the state. Categories
of security personnel Following
categories of security personnel are provided on contractual basis: Security
Guard: General Guard – General Guarding Duty personnelLady
Searcher – Physical checking and frisking of female workers Armed
Guard (Gunman) Commando
Guard – Specially trained in commando tasks. Security
Supervisor:
Any ex-serviceman of the rank of a Naik and above in the Army and
his equivalent in the Navy, Airforce or any Para Military Forces, or
a civilian with more than 10 years work experience as a security
guard are promoted to the rank of a security supervisors. He is
specially trained in the role of a supervisor and maintaining
documents of the security cabin. Security
Officer:
Any Junior Commissioner Officer (JCO) from the army of the rank of
Subedar and above or his equivalent from the navy, airforce and
Para-military forces or a civilian graduate with 8-10 year work
experience in security with good command over English language are
appointed as Security Officer. They are especially trained in all
aspects of security including investigation and intelligence

POLICY We
follow the physical standard as laid down by the Maharashtra Private
Security Guard Board .The most important factor is that the
candidates must be able bodied and must stand up to the laid down
yardsticks. We carry out all the necessary documentations. We put
the candidates thru desired level of physical and written tests and
only then the candidates are interviewed. We emphasize on detailed
verification of address and social background of each candidate. TRAINING Training
Facilities
– Mediators conducts exclusive training programmes on security,
fire and industrial safety and electronic security. We have a guard
training center at Aurangabad. Besides all Branches have basic
training facilities for a fresh recruit and refreshers. We
have our faculty managers visit the units and pertain refresher
training on Monthly basis. We conduct training on Industrial
