They have detected fire in the hydrogen plant and estinguished in shortest possible time.

 

Mr. L B mohite, Mr. V R Zirape, Mr. S K Singh, Mr. P L Ugalmughale, Mr. G N Bhute and Mr. D B Hade, security guard serving with Starlite (FOP) aurangabad, were awarded with cash and certificate, for their presense of mind and extra initiative shown during their duty hours. They have detected fire at optical tower.

 

Mr L P Kambale, Mr. V K Kadam, Mr V K Shinde and Mr M U Yadav, security guards serving with Cosmo Films, aurangabad, have detected a possible theft, and were awarded by the management.

OUR STAFF WELFARE MEASURES

  

Mediators take extra initiative in looking after welfare of its staff.

 

We strictly follow Maharashtra Private Security Guard Board Rules & Notifications for wages. Mediators is well known to the Clients & its employees for the following..

 

1.       Timely payment of their salaries and other dues.

          Payment of all statutory dues to the Government in time.

3.        Issue of uniform and accessories in time.

4.        Assist the staff in acquiring housing / consumer goods loan from financial             institutions as guarantor.

5.        Occasional assistance for dependent’s marriage and religious functions.
